Cisco’s Acquisition of Neohapsis will Bolster its Cloud Security and Compliance Offerings

More than a year after the acquisition of Sourcefire in an effort to improve their protection against threats posed by the "threat continuum, Cisco announced 2.7 billion, an agreement on the Neohapsis, a consulting firm, private security offer to acquire risk management, compliance, cloud application solutions, mobile and infrastructure security.
